You are now able to book virtual or in office visits online.
Note that Thursdays are for virtual visits only. 
Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri/Sat are for both in person and virtual visits.

An in person visit during the past 24 months will qualify you for a virtual video consult.
The receptionist will confirm your eligibility for a virtual visit.
Your eligibility for a video consult will continue for 24 months from the date of your last in person visit.

If you qualify for a video consult, an email will be sent to you shortly after the booking of the visit.
That email will have a link to a Web site that will automatically link you to your video consult.
Click on that link at the time of your visit.

​Prescription refills will require an in person or video visit depending on what you qualify for.

Please note that only one problem can be addressed per visit due to time constraints.

Do not arrive in person more than 5 minutes before your appointment.

There are no walk-in services available.
